We understand that you need your important documents served promptly and correctly. We want to get your papers served fast and accurately. We both benefit when this is accomplished. In order to achieve this goal we recommend that at the time the local Houston process server arrives to pick up the document you should include a cover letter that contains as much information on the person to be served as possible. there are times when it's hard to distinguish if the person named on the document is male or female.
Please try to include a description of the person to be served such as:
Age, sex, height, weight, nationality and distinguishing marks.
Include a photo if you have one.
Is the address a house, mobile home or apartment? Be sure to give the apartment number.
Does the defendant live alone or with others?
Does the defendant work?
If so, days or nights?
Do you have a work address?
What kind of vehicle does the defendant drive?
