K.S.P. Xpress, is a company based in Houston, Texas. We server civil process such as, Subpoenas, Citations and Petitions, Summons and Complaints, Notice, Temporary Restraining Orders, Orders of Protection, writs, and various other documents.

When we receive your documents  they are entered into our database. All jobs in our database are kept for 3 years. Then your job is scheduled and routed for service. Depending on the day and time we receive it, our first attempt at service is usually within 48 hours. 

We do our homework before we go out!
If service is at a residence, we do research through various ways to ensure it's a good address as far as its physical location. We attempt to verify the name of the person at that address and get the phone number listed. All of our process servers are equipped with a turn-by-turn street pilot. This helps to avoid not finding a street because they are not familiar with the area or detours, missing street signs, etc. And saves time and money.
